Party Rental Area

Bay City Parks & Recreation has created a Party Area @ Hilliard Pool for rent during summer open swim hours. The summer pool season runs May 27th – August 13th. Pool hours are Tuesday – Friday: 12 noon – 6 p.m. and Saturday & Sunday: 12 noon – 7 p.m.
The grassy section inside the pool area has been fenced off to create a party area that can be rented. It contains three picnic tables and two shade covers. The party area can host up to 50 people. Cost for the rental area is $25 plus pool entry fees for each guest ($1/child 17 & under; $2/adult 18 & older). Rental fees are due at the time of rental.
Reservations begin May 1st.
There are 2 ways to reserve the party area:
- On-line at https://www.cityofbaycity.org/190/Parks-Recreation (then click on the Events & Programs button) or
- In person at the Parks and Recreation Offices at 1209 10th Street, Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
