Building Permits
We have recently made changes to our building permit application process to make it easier on builders, contractors, and home owners. One of the new changes is that we condensed most of the permit application forms into one Simplified Building Permit Application (PDF).

Contractor Registration
Additionally, we made it easier for contractors doing work in the City limits to register with our Building Department. It is required for Contractors to register themselves the first time they pull permits with us. After you are registered once, you don’t have to worry about it again until information on your Contractor Registration Form changes. Requiring contractors to register with us allows the Building Department to get to know the contractor more personally, and enables the Building Department to protect homeowners from potential problems.
